This is really a great knife and was an excellent addition to my growing collection of globals. i opted for the heavyweight instead of the flexible because i thought the rigid blade would allow me to steer it better. I have a friend with the flexible so i have tried both and i prefer the heavier, non-flexible blade.

What a Great Knife

My wife and I love this baby. It cut the time in half for my wife to debone a pork shoulder.

This has been another addition to the Global knives for my Husband. He is starting cooking school soon and we are hoping that he can use these knives. If not we enjoy them in our home anyway. The order was prompt and the packaging was very sound.
