Expert carving
By MPaul
Feels great in anyone's hands (my husband's or mine); slices through roasts, steaks -- any sort of carving/slicing task with ease...and without chewing up all your hard work!

By Jeanette Flanigan
We just got the knife this month and used it once to carve a standing rib roast. It was great and the job was done with little effort.
